Lars-Erik Wikberg has found out from from Paramount Scandinavia that their new release date for season 7 is December 9th.
Season 6 is now available in regions 1 & 2
The US list price is $49.99, but Amazon have it for $34.99 and DVD Empire for $37.00. The Canadian list price is CDN$53.99, but Amazon Canada have it for CDN$36.99
The UK region 2 rrp is £24.99, but you can order it from Play and Amazon UK for just under £16. Amazon UK have a clip from The Tram
Lars-Erik Wikberg has written to say that the official Scandinavian release date for season 6 is June 24th.
It should now be available on region 4 in Australia. The rrp is AU$35.95, but DVD Crave have it for AU$31.15 (although it was marked "Out of Stock" the last time I looked.

Mission: Impossible in the UKBelow is the result of a search of DigiGuide's database for any Mission: Impossible broadcasts to the UK over the next few days. I'm afraid any reference to broadcasts on Quest have to be ignored, as the station did not launch as planned. five US The UK digital channel five US has shown M:I. five US is available on Freeview channel 35, Sky 180 & Virgin TV 185; five US +1 is on Sky 181. The schedules for a new Freeview channel from Discovery, called Quest, showed MI as part of its lineup, but its May 2009 launch was abruptly cancelled, and a new launch date has not been announced.

AmericanLife TV Network shows MI Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00pm (repeating at 1:00am) Eastern (5:00pm/10:00pm Pacific) and 7:00pm (repeating at 2:00am) Eastern Saturday and Sunday (4:00pm/11:00pm Pacific).
KCCE/50, San Luis Obispo CA runs AmericanLife as its program feed and carry MI at the Pacific times;
WBQP/12, Pensacola FL, also runs AmericanLife, carrying MI at the Eastern times. Both pre-empt some of the airings for other programming.

A note about channel numbers: Many stations carrying MI identify on the air with their cable channel number. This list shows them on the channel they actually broadcast on.
(For the record, I report Midnight (12:00am) as the last time slot of the night, not the first one of the morning.) High definition testHDNET, a high-definition channel available via DirecTV, did a test broadcast of one episode (The Hostage) in 2003, to gauge viewers' interest. However, there's no sign of them taking this any further.

This site doesn’t really deal with the Mission: Impossible movies — I think the first one only bore a very slight resemblance to the TV series, and the resemblance is even slighter for the second (M:i-2). However, the films proved popular, with the first taking $454m, and the second $546m. The receipts for the latest film were said to be “disappointing”, although it still managed to gross $48 million for its US opening weekend.
